Asia-Pacific Conference on Computational Behavioral Sciences (APCCBS*2014)October 12-15, 2014 in Seoul, Korea The inaugural Asia-Pacific Conference on Computational Behavioral Sciences (APCCBS) will be held on October 12-15, 2014 at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. This "mini"-conference in an informal setting is intended to provide a forum for computational behavioral scientists from the Asia-Pacific region and the United States to present their cutting-edge research and cultivate cross-disciplinary discussions and collaboration. Conference FormatThe three-day conference features a welcome reception on the evening of October 12 (Sunday), single-track talk sessions on the mornings and afternoons of October 13 and 14, and a poster session on the evening of October 13 (Monday).In addition to the main conference sessions, an all-day English guided tour to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), the buffer zone between South Korea and North Korea located 25 miles northwest of Seoul, is planned on October 15 (Wednesday) for those interested. The tour will conclude with a visit to the famous Insa-dong Art Street in the downtown Seoul. A separate fee (approx. $100) will be assessed for those who sign up for the tour.
