We recommend you check the visa requirements. Click here for useful (but unofficial)  information about visa for foreign nationals entering the Republic of Korea (South Korea). According to this site, citizens of the countries of the United States, Australia, and Taiwan, are permitted visa-free entry for 90 days, whereas citizens of the People's Republic of China would need to apply for a visa. The site also includes links to official government sites for visa application.

Overseas participants will stay at the Hoam Faculty House (see the map above), an on-campus hotel run by the University. This is also the site of the Sunday welcome reception.

The organizers will on your behalf reserve a room for the arrival and departure dates you indicate on the on-line registration form. You, if you are not an invited speaker, will make payment at the time of your check-in approximately at US $100 per night.
